1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Solar Artisans website at solarartisans.com (the "Site"), our AI assessment tools, chatbot assistant "Solo," appointment scheduling, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Solar Artisans provides residential solar energy consulting, system design, installation referral, battery storage solutions, maintenance services, and financing guidance to homeowners in Georgia and surrounding areas. Our Services include:

• Free online solar savings assessments and AI-powered system design tools
• In-home 360° energy assessments conducted by our advisors
• Appointment scheduling for consultations and installations
• Financing guidance and referrals to partner lenders
• Ongoing maintenance and system monitoring
• An AI chatbot assistant for general inquiries

3. Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when scheduling appointments, submitting assessments, or applying for financing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Appointments and Assessments

Appointment requests submitted through the Site are subject to availability. Solar Artisans reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments at our discretion. Assessment results, savings estimates, and system designs provided through our tools are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final system specifications, pricing, and savings are determined during an in-person consultation and formal proposal.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in future appointment requests being declined.

5. Solar Savings Estimates

Any savings figures, energy production estimates, or payback periods displayed on the Site or generated by our assessment tools are estimates only and are not guarantees of actual performance or savings. Actual results depend on factors including but not limited to roof condition, shading, orientation, weather patterns, utility rate changes, and your energy consumption. Solar Artisans is not liable for any variance between estimated and actual savings.

6. Financing and Third-Party Services

Solar Artisans provides financing guidance and referrals to third-party lenders, including Acorn Finance, HFS Financial, and others. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. All financing terms, approvals, and agreements are between you and the lender. We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or decisions of any lender.

Our Site may link to or integrate third-party platforms (such as Enerflo for assessments and our customer portal). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. AI Assistant "Solo"

Our chatbot assistant "Solo" uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions and help schedule appointments. Solo may not always provide accurate or complete information, and responses should not be relied upon as professional advice. For complex questions or specific guidance, please contact our team directly. Conversations with Solo may be reviewed and logged to improve service quality.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal law
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to disrupt, disable, or overload the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Site in a way that degrades service for others
• Submit utility bills or documents that do not belong to you
